If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item, please call or email us for an RMA. After you receive your confirmation you may return the item with NO RESTOCKING FEE, however you must pay return shipping. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in brand new, unused condition we will refund all funds the same or following day.
Our clients can take rugs home to see how they look and make sure that the rug works with all the furniture, colors, size, and décor. We can also assist you selecting the right rug for your space. No obligation, no commitments!
We are not responsible for return mishaps or damage in return shipping as this is out of our control. Please insure all packages on return shipping to avoid lost or damage parcels. We are not responsible for tracking any return shipments. ANY CUSTOM ORDERS OR CLEARANCE RUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS OF MANUFACTURERS DEFECT. STRICTLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IN THESE CASES AND NO REFUNDS. ANY USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THIS RETURN POLICY. If you received damaged items through shipping you must file a claim with the shipping company you received items through. If a claim is not filed, we cannot replace damaged items.
